The Atlanta Cricket Community is a uniquely diverse group of enthusiasts ranging from a six year old aspiring cricketer to a retired navy veteran who is a die-hard cricket fan and spectator. The community is proud to announce the inaugural Atlanta Open, right here at the Atlanta Cricket Fields.

From the four geographic conferences Eastern, Central, Southern and Western
The Four-day tournament features 15 premier teams from the four geographic conferences- Eastern, Central, Southern and Western. Each team will feature 20 of their top tier professional players. These world renowned athletes serve as ambassadors for cricket in America, and bring their experience and passion for the sport to this series for our viewing pleasure.
Sanctioned by the United States Cricket Association, and coordinated and supported by creative leaders with brilliant business minds, we are confident that this elite production will be viewed by many cricket enthusiasts in person and via live streaming all around the world.
Cricket is the second most popular sport in the world with an estimated following of 2.5 billion followers and is rapidly gaining popularity on US soil. What’s most unique about the demographics of followers is it’s diversity of race, sex, age and sociology-economic class. Nearly 500 people from around the country will converge on Atlanta, and take part in a tournament. As the host city we plan to execute with true Atlanta southern hospitality. Iain Higgins, the CEO of USA Cricket said the grassroots movement for cricket in Georgia is indicative of how the sport is growing across the country.

The tournament is produced by a league of professional cricket organizers that have over 20 years of experience individually in creating, managing, and executing all the logistics necessary to bring our vision to fruition and to impact the cricket community positively.
We see this industry growing expeditiously in the Georgia market, and our commitment is to that mission. Our vision is to stimulate the economy, build and contribute to our communities, and prepare the next generation for the world through this platform.
